Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language summary of what we collect and why. We're a volunteer-run district site, not a marketing company — we collect the minimum needed to connect you with a Rotary or Rotaract club.

What we collect

If you use the club finder, your device may share your GPS location with your browser — this is used only in your browser to find nearby clubs and is sent to our server as coordinates for that one search, not stored. If you fill out a form (to express interest in a club or request a match), we collect your name, email, and anything else you choose to provide (phone number, message). If you log in as a club or district admin, we store your email and a session token so you can stay signed in. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.

Third-party tools we use

Cloudflare hosts this site, its database, and (where enabled) spam protection on our forms. AWS SES sends transactional emails like login codes and lead notifications — we don't use it for marketing email. OpenStreetMap and Leaflet power the club map and location search. If we ever activate Google Analytics, this page will be updated first.
